from a purely rotational standpoint it is 13.5 percent reduction in diameter . Obviously it will have to rotate more to turn the same. I would expect any friction in the system to be amplified as well ...

last I went through the only place there were no markers was in the S turn between the end of Harkers Island and Morgan Island. The path hasn't changed if you have a blue line on your GPS.
