No markers but is navigable. Check out the website posted above and put those waypoints in your GPS. Plenty of water even at low tide.

I would not thaw them all the way to prep and re-freeze. Let them thaw just enough to break up into smaller bags and re-freeze if you need to but thawing and re-freezing will make them mushy.
