Check the hub bearings and the quality of the tire . I have pulled my 16 ft aluminum boat over 600 miles a few times loaded up with house hold things.

From what I was told, you can shoot there even during hunting season.
was told to bring your own targets and stands. Don't shoot at trees or use them to hang targets. And clean up after yourself.
