Most of the weather apps to get the ďgood infoĒ cost money and none predict the secondary wave like Reefcast. Buoyweather is pretty good, but costs around $80 a year...so Reefcast is a helluva bargain ...

I saw a video of someone cleaning triggers once that showed them filleting a nice piece of meat from the throat area that I hadnít seen before. Canít find it now. Iíll keep looking.

I guess he is implying that the boat approaching from your starboard side would be the stand on vessel making yours the give way vessel. Both have obligation to maneuver to prevent a collision.

I can recommend Turks and Caicos for #1 and possibly #3. Donít have first hand experience, but Marsh Harbor area of Bahamas may be a good choice for all three.
