I just scrolled through the last eight months worth of topics in the forum and can't find what I though I saw a while back. But, I guess I have to ask again of you old salty dogs out there. What would be the best live bait king rod out there that won't break the bank and is durable. And yes, I clean all my gear after use. So neglect isn't the issue, just age. I broke a rod today and figure it is about time to by some new ones. I am looking to buy 5 rods.

Cannot go wrong with the Ugly Stick Big water custom. Same blank as a star rod for $70 bucks.

I have good luck with the Diawa BeefStick ML action
rod. Economical, and hold up to the abuse I give them.

January 19-21st is the fishing expo in Richmond. Normally you can find great deals on the last day. They don't want to load it back up if they don't have to.

Key Largo 12-20# 7ft Live Bait rod with the non-turbo guides. Buying 5 you should be able to get them for $120 each. Buy good stuff once and take care of it.
