Strategic Habitat Advisory Committee

The Marine Fisheries Commission Strategic Habitat Advisory Committee (SHA) will meet on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 10:00 am at the CMAST Building, Room #205, located at 303 College Circle in Morehead City, North Carolina.

The committee will discuss changes made to the working draft report, steps to include in the SHA process, and begin listing specific SHA criteria for ecological evaluations. Division of Marine Fisheries staff will present the latest results of the MARXAN analysis of the lower Chowan River watershed and status of the Core-Bogue watershed analysis.
