| I would much prefer wind and solar power installations offshore. They would also provide a lot of fish aggregating structure and many jobs for the near coastal communities.

| I am not aware of any SE NC places where you can catch cigar minnows from the hill.

| You need water in the upper 60's, which will is still very near the break. Wrecks and structure in 120+ feet should hold plenty of fish.
