Not sure, but a fine may be cheaper, than hiring a guide to catch flounder. The chance of getting caught is slim. My days of following fishing regs may be over.

I have not used my anchor or stick pin since I got a trolling motor with spot lock. With spot lock, I decided the extra expense of a power pole was not worth it.
