You actually hurt yourself by not financing, IMO. Finance it then pay it off, if that's what you want to do.

Dealers can be tough to deal with. I'd rather by used from a private seller any day.

Yes, but a #4 won't dive very far with paracord. You'd be better off running it inline or getting a bigger planer like a #16
