I prefer Seaguar, but I also use some Yozuri pink as well.
Depends on use case.

I must be missing something. I also use mono for my bottom rigs. Does flouro really make a difference bottom fishing? The mono I use gets chaffed up enough and we almost always do pretty good bottom fishing. I have never fished with anyone who uses flouro leader for bottom fishing!! If I am wrong and flouro is that much better, please let me know.

I don't think floro is needed for either offshore trolling or bottom fishing.
I have tried it and can't tell a difference.

I do like it for inshore fishing around oyster rocks, docks, etc where it's easy to knick up your leaders.

Use it if you want, it dosen"t hurt, just think you are wasting money.

Good Luck

X2. When I'm bottom fishing the bait barely gets to the bottom before getting hit. Inshore, I'm sure it may make a difference to lure-shy fish. But offshore, both trolling and bottom, I use mono and when wahoos are around wire. My crew would break me if I used flouro for bottom bouncing. lmao

I suggest you get a crew that can fish and brings they're own supplies.
