My good Buddy Guy suffered a double stroke 6 weeks ago. I fished and hunted with him in Sénégal for 10 years creating some special bonds on many pretty awesome adventures...
He and his wife retired a few years ago to Panama where they built a nice home and fished as much as they could!
I was so very sorry to find out last night that he left this world and would not be able to share stories with him again.
We were planing a trip to PEI as he really wanted to see a grander bluefin.
He caught this nice bleu marlin sitting on a cooler on our little 22 Ft Mako back in the good ole days. I'll be starring at old pics this week....
Rest in Peace Capt. I wish you gorgeous following seas and many tight lines!

Sorry for the loss of your friend. Sounds like you have many good memories to look back on. I know they are not the same as his closeness, but he is no longer suffering.

At least you have some great memories to fall back on. Sorry you lost a buddy.

Here's a pic of Guy's fish a couple seconds later when we had to think quick with the engines going under! Don't try putting putting over 1500lbs of fish in the back of a small Mako but Yamaha's will never let you down!
