I have a version that includes the Classic output from ReefCast running here.....

https://test.saltwatercentral.com

You will have to login and you may also have to do the whole STATE thing again.

Go try it out and see if this works as expected.

Dave

PS.....
If ya'll don't TEST it......and then I release it.....I do not want to hear any CRAP about it!

Scott it is running on an older backup of this site.

It you were a member when I pulled the backup it should work as expected. Thank you for trying though!

I just tested. It works. For me personally, I still like the newer version. To these old eyes, it is a little more detailed. However I will admit for a FAST cursory look without a detailed look, Classic is better.

it works for me. I just want to put on record I like the new version. it took me a day or two to get use to it but after I figured it out I really like it.

now with that said I've read all the bitching about the new version and those threads which have all the bitching in there ought to be used as examples of why you can't teach an old dog new tricks. if everyone had taken a freaking chill and just used the new version a little you woulda got use to it. so for everyone that went to crying and moaning y'all ought to be ashamed of yourself. and Dave, don't let those whining and bitching piss in your cornflakes I think you're doing a fine job my man.

thats it i'm done ranting

Just tried it, and everything appeared to work correctly. I like the old version better on the telephone, and actually like the new version better on the computer. Keep up the good work!! It is much appreciated!

Works for me also. Like both versions but the new one does seem to help dial in those windows a little better.

Keep up the great work Dave.

My phone app is still working so I am good. I can interpret both presentations but agree the classic is what everyone is used to and a quick look see.

Worked for me, didnít even have to log in again.

Only complaint I have on the new ones are the random times on the bottom. Not even 12 hrs apart which seems extra odd. Liked the 12 noon. Even say a 6am 6pm markers would be good. I think you explained this somewhere, just donít be-member.

Works, I agree with the prior comment the classic is easier to read on the phone. I do like the detail available on the new version.

Works for me Dave.
I've learned to use the new version. I like that the wind direction actually gives you a degree reading.

I feel most of the uproar was trying to learn a new version during the hot Offshore bite. Probably better received during more docile times.

Dave, Thanks for all your hard work and doing your best to help us catch more!

It worked for me. I think the new one is a bit cluttered feeling but that's just the difference vs the old. Nothing really wrong either way. I will say the old is much easier on the eyes IMO which is sad seeing I'm really not that old to be saying that.

After figuring out the new version. I did not realize each dot had the day, time, and info on it. It is so much better. Got my tablet working after a call to Capt. Dave. Thank you so much !! We all procrastinate change. But Capt. Dave knows his stuff and certainly made this site do much better. Reef cast is without a doubt the very best wind wave predictor out there

Thanks for the choice of classic and new.

For what it is worth, I find the classic easier to read due to the difference of data points, compared to just colored lines on the new.

I got the same message. Also says seecast is $150.00 for the subscription which I buy every year.

Capt. Dave

There was no grid displayed when I opened Reefcast - only a version of super map. I was able to click on a position on the map and a ReefCast prediction was displayed. I am running MS10 with the EDGE browser.

yes I used the link you provided above.

I only renewed REEFCast today and I saw your response that the version uses subscriptions from a previous date. Perhaps that is the problem.
