Thinking of selling my Parker. I donít have a trailer as it was delivered right to the stack house and been there ever since. How much would I be hurting myself trying to sell without? Hate to lay out $5k if I donít have to.

I wouldn't go buy one just to help sell your boat as a buyer may not need it. However, having a source for one at a reasonable price and mentioning it as an option in your ad will make your sale inclusive for all buyers.

Just roll with it. I had my last two boats in the stack. Sold the last one without the trailer to another guy who dry-stored. Current boat came with a trailer that I've been paying to store for two years, also thinking I'd have trouble selling without one. When I end up unloading, I probably would have come out a lot better getting rid of the trailer when bought the boat.
Long story short, there's always a buyer out there.
