We've got a couple 4000 size Penn Battle II/III combos as well - really like them! Hope you can put them to work on the flounder over the next 2 weeks.

For the Money, the Battle series are great reels.
I have half a dozen or so of them from 2500-8000 sizes and they have handled everything we threw at them.
Also been fairly impressed with the BG Series from Daiwa.
Sportsman's Wholesale has a killer deal on them.

The Penn Battle III series is designed to withstand harsh saltwater conditions, making it suitable for nearshore fishing where anglers are targeting species like redfish, snook, striped bass, and other similar fish. The 4000 size is versatile and can handle a wide range of fishing techniques such as casting, jigging, or using live bait.

That is a nice setup; for my inshore settings, I cut corners and used BGs. Still superior to Walmart promotions.
