Be it ReefCast or SEECast. They work the same way.
If you get double charged . You signed up twice. Most of the time it happens when you hit an expire date. So you sign up again. When all you needed was to refresh the screen or close the app.
The renewal is a PayPal function. I do not see it or touch it. So at this point you have 2 PayPal subscriptions.
Contact me and I will refund one but you have to go login to your PayPal account and in the top right hit the search bar for subscriptions. Go there and cancel one.
If you pass this step….they will charge you next year as well.
