The committee will receive a summary on a draft report, which describes a draft SHA designation process and lists the strengths and weaknesses of using such a process. DMF staff will present the results of the MARXAN analyses as applied to river herring in the Albemarle Sound area to facilitate discussion on SHA designation process.
The committee will also receive an update on the habitat recommendations of the draft River Herring Fishery Management Plan.
