It’s a sure sign that winter is giving-in to the Got-em-on Live Bait Fishing Club! And ain’t it about time? If we don’t get some warm weather soon I’m movin’ to Florida! Oh,,, Not really. I wouldn’t think of missing the Got-em-on festivities on this year’s calendar!
The Chowder event will provide plenty of outstanding food, good beverages (hot and cold), club hats, shirts and stuff, chances to win some very exclusive gifts (for winners of the Chowder and Dessert competitions), opportunity to pick up some fishing awards for 2008 (or at least see who won them), and a little time to spend with some old and new friends. If you want to enter one of the contests, just show up a little early with your best chowder or dessert. If you want to bring a side dish to share, that’s ok, but nothing is necessary. We’ll have plenty.
