Correction to Final Rule Top The Coast Guard published in the Federal Register of December 8, 2003 ( 68 FR 68235 ) a final rule concerning private aids to navigation and the use of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The final rule, as published, contained a telephone number in 33 CFR 66.01-5 in which two digits were transposed. The correct telephone number is (800) 368-5647.
