Im having a guy here in greenville process me some summer sausage with cheddar cheese mixed in. This stuff was the greatest. Im gonna take Joe some so give it a try. You may want to think about having one turned into some summer sausage next year or even some of this years if I can get a sample up there for ya to try. Never had any done in summer sausage...sounds good Steve. John the last time I was down there were 2 does walking on the edge of the canal at the house. I bet you could kill several at your shooting range.

Hate the skeeters. You tried a Therma-cell. They work great here and the deer don't mind them at all. May not handle the Sneads Ferry kamikaze skeeters???
