Me and Brad went duck hunting this morning and he killed his first duck. It was a female buffie! We hunted a small creek near Southport because the tide was too high to hunt the big water we wanted to so we did what we could with what we had to work with. Altogether we killed 2 meganzers and 1 buffie; not the best day ever, but a good day in the saltwater. BTW I will be taking up a love offering for a new pair of waders for Brad. I think that he will still be able to conceive children, just not in the near future as it will probally be a few days before his nads drop! 😮 😮 😮img053_147.jpg

Great job! We went this morning and none of the three of us even fired a shot. We saw lots of woodies off of 211, but the wind/hurricane had them working the other side of the area we were in. Still nice to finally get out there.

Scott,
Sorry for not smiling for the pic... I could not get my lips to separate 😯 After the first 30 minutes I couldn't tell if I was duck hunting or auditioning for the "Polar Bear" club Wink

NAD UPDATE: I highly recommend re-runs of Baywatch for anyone who finds himself in my situation. 3 episodes and a quick thumb through the wife's Victoria Secret catalog is all it took Oops

WADER UPDATE: After watching me undress this morning, the boss lady felt that it was in the best interest of our growing family for me to go to BPS and get some new waders.

Thanks for the memory bud Wink

Scott, that's not the first female Buff Brad's ever killed!

Brad, could Cass REALLY tell a difference. Sounds like the sympathy factor duck hunting is the same as on the Bottom Line!

Nice hunt boys! LoL

Parker,
The nad situation is strictly a matter of self esteem, I think the boss lady is saving herself for her next marriage Cry

Jake,
After a few duck hunts with Scott, I can confirm that there's no such thing as too cold, too wet, too slow, or too rainy. However, whacking ducks is an awesome "plan B" when the deer are on lock down Wink I'm officially a "quackhead" now 😯
