Any body know how much of a problem there is with broken limbs on crossbow? Went turkey hunting with my brother this morn and his left limb cracked when pulled back.

I have had mine crack before. Is it still under warranty? They can ship it to you and you pay shipping upfront but will reimburse you one they receive the old limbs. If it is cracked, I would not shoot it.

It cracked way too much to shoot and is under warranty. Third time he has had limbs crack. Just a pisser to miss first week of turkey season. He is visually impaired so I drive to swansboro to take him hunting Mon and Tues. I was hoping to video him shooting turkey with crossbow. We stayed in blind until noon today with my 20 gauge. Saw six but closest at 100 yds. Gonna go again tomorrow. Today was my first time ever turkey hunting. He takes meticulous care of all his equipment and mfg rep told him two years ago they thought problems solved. Will talk with them tomorrow. I was really hoping to video that for him. I'm repaying him for lots of trips when I was young.

If you don't mind, could you list the brand and model? I have had my Barnett Ghost limbs fail twice. First was a full out splintering and the other was forming cracks and I stopped shooting until replaced. They replaced with no problems.

Its Parker, don't know which one. I know NOTHING about crossbows.

We turned lemons into lemonade today as I shot my first turkey. Yesterday was my first time turkey hunting in my 61 years. Killed one on second hunt. Must be easy..... Probably a long time before I get another shot.
As soon as he gets the crossbow repaired we are going to try to video his hunt. Got mine on video today and have to learn how to edit and post now.
