had a fun day today on the water...shot a few ducks in the morning then on a falling tide we caught a few decent trout...fun way to spend a nice winter day!

Soak the breast in salt water and keep draining off the blood. Getting the blood out gets rid of the livery taste.
Never tried, Not too much I wont eat..
took schneeky out and wacked a few trout yesterday. caught 10 and kept 8..beautiful day to be on the water and jake even caught a few...well he did have my secret lure! I could tell you guys about it but I'd have to kill you!

Fine Work! Always talked about putting the trout rod on the boat, but never done it. Looks like a great way to save the day when the ducks don't want to cooperate.
😛 Zzzzzzuuttt.!! Bite me, Scott.!! Hehehe.. If I coulda kept that youngin from gabbin with every other soggy-azzed duck hunter there, I'd have gotten in a real proper nap as well.!!
