It's great when you know what liberals are thinking and then they finally get the nerve to say it publically. COMPLETE confiscation of all firearms!

At a minimum they are probably going to buy a bunch of guns back and fingerprint everyone left that owns a gun. If the Republicans don't show more backbone on guns than with the fiscal cliff deal (no cuts only tax increases) then we are screwed!

Good post and,

check this out....

http://english.pravda.ru/opinion/columnists/28-12-2012/123335-americans_guns-0/

from the article,

Moscow fell, for example, not from a lack of weapons to defend it, but from the lieing guile of the Reds. Ten thousand Reds took Moscow and were opposed only by some few hundreds of officer cadets and their instructors. Even then the battle was fierce and losses high. However, in the city alone, at that time, lived over 30,000 military officers (both active and retired), all with their own issued weapons and ammunition, plus tens of thousands of other citizens who were armed. The Soviets promised to leave them all alone if they did not intervene. They did not and for that were asked afterwards to come register themselves and their weapons: where they were promptly shot

That show's her intelligence, most of us republicans have been fingerprinted and background checked a few times, from capt's license to ccw to our oast professions, the one thing that is missing most is we have a full senate and congress and POS that have never been subjected to the same small details, I wouldn't have any problems with anything they passed fro drug testing down if they would live by their own rules!

No, if WE stand up together and WE do not ALLOW them to do this than we can stop this. But it's going to take all of us in one voice. It starts by contacting your representatives and telling them what we wish them to do. We can no longer sit on the sidelines and let others tell us how we are going to live our lives. I urge every person reading this to call, to write, to do whatever it takes to get your point across to our representatives (the people that are suppose to do our will) that these attacks on our rights will not be tolerated and then we go from there. Personally I will not be giving up a damn thing.

fishfindertoo hit the nail on the head and echoed what I try to say to most of the other gunowners and freedom loving people I know. We must stay together in this fight. Just because you may not agree with some type of firearms or hi cap magazines does not mean that other law abiding gunowning citizens should be denied that. I for one am not giving up anything or subjugating my freedom to our government. There are many things that we may want that other people may not feel we "need", that is part of the freedom of our country.
Divide and conquer.....that is how our gov't thinks.
