Nothing stellar but had a great time with my oldest in the field!
Only saw 10-12 birds but were able to knock two down. Definitely a fun opening morning.

congrats, me and my oldest son went. he shot 4 while shooting 2 boxes of shales. ahahaha

I took my sons on their first trip too. The only drawback is they had to share a single shot, 20 gauge shot gun
Jack got his first bird on his sixth shot, Will struck out on ten shots
Me? I struck out too.. not going to say how many shots! LOL
What a great day! We'll be going back next weekend
