I am gonna guess a Windowpane Flounder aka Sand Flounder. I can not say for sure with it at an angle and not straight on or flat on something. Windowpane will be more round shaped and thin. Just a guess but you got me curious now.

what depth was it caught in? Im guessing it was about 7" long? and do I win a prize if I can find it?

If it had a very, very long pec fin I would guess peacock flounder.

We caught them in about 150' off MHC. Caught 4 or 5 before we moved on but yes, they were all about 7-8".

Think they were less round than the Peacock Flounder pics I'm seeing. Also they were less spotty than the Windowpane.

It's those green markings that I'm hoping will give us an idea.
