I have also used Rick for years, both for service and for upgrades. If anybody is better, I haven't heard of them.
I used EJW in Morehead this year, I had never heard of Rick. They were quick, and I have had no issues with their work.
I still tinker with rod and reels on OKI. Not doing any big stuff anymore but I’ll still work on Speedmasters. Still repairing a lot of line guides on rods too. I retired about a year and a half ago, but still check in the shop frequently. Stop by the shop (OKI Sporting Goods) and ask for my help
