I will be in the emerald isle area and looking to fish, prefer to bottom bounce but would love to learn to fish Hoo's. I am respectful while on board, don't smoke or drink on board. Have bottom fishing tackle. Looking to go somewhere between morhead and topsail. If not ill jump on the Stacy to get my fix. Call Mike, 919-210-4064.
