Closest will be out of Little River SC. Blue Water Princess has been done for 2 years and Southport's has been longer.

I've had some friends go out on the Super Voyager out of Calabash...said they wore them out.

Fished both boats earlier this year. Winner is a big catamaran with a soft ride. The trip is a little more expensive and shorter than Super Voyager out of Calabash, but it's also close to home. Super Voyager is a bigger boat lengthwise, but is round bottomed and rolls a lot more than the cat. Also Winner does not allow you to use braid. SV does. I've caught more beeliners and grunts on Winner, and more grouper and big, and I mean BIG sea bass on SV. Released a 7lb+ earlier this year. Now with all that said, here's my advice. Drive your hindparts up to Morehead City and fish with Capt. Dave on the Shelf. I've caught some fat 15 - 20 lb red groupers on that boat and Dave is the man. Go. Fish. Catch. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.
