I failed Chum's night time navigation course. After watching him use his thumb and index finger against the night sky, pull out his moon glass, and then kill a chicken on deck and follow the sprayed blood arrow direction, I decided to stick with my electronics.
Chum has upgraded his electronics from the Mayflower version so we will see if he keeps the seatow captains up anymore nights.

my new electronics actually show me where the channel is and no longer show my boat as being on land when I am in the channel. Very helpful
