new river inlet fishing buddy

I have a 23' wellcraft cuddy that I store in surf city and go out of new river inlet. I am looking for a cpl of reliable people to run offshore with. I troll and bottom bounce depending on what the weather and fish are doing. I fish weekends. Exp or rookie doesn't matter.d drinking ok just no sloppy drunks, I want to fish not babysit. I live in Raleigh so carpooling is possible if local.
