My partner that was planning on going with me to the Southport MAD event (Sept 15th) had to pull out. Anybody want to go with me to take a couple of our hero's out? Would like to get someone that has a little more experiance than I. I can get the boat and have some some rods & tackle. You bring some experiance, can tie a decent knot 🙂 and if you can split gas would be great.

Most of my tackle is for bottom fishing and blue water trolling. Never have done much in the way of king fishing.
well if something happens with squid, I would love to help out. I don't have much in the way of offshore rods/reels any more but i can make plenty of rigs for any type of fishing you would want to do and I feel as though i know how to use them (maybe tooting my own horn a little). From everything i have heard this is a great program and i wish you the best of luck.

I will stay on the docks and clean fish all day long and make sure we are on task there. Let me know if you need to borrow any gear.
