I've recently started fishing in salt water. Have a Carolina Skiff 198 DLV, but don't feel comfortable yet going over 10 - 15 miles out. Would love to experience blue water fishing- trolling or bottom fishing.

Where do fish out of?
I usually fish the Morehead City area but will go about anywhere. I would just love the opportunity to fish blue water. I won't be able to go often - but would love the experience when my schedule allows it. Thanks for the reply!

PastorRon, that love is why we are all on this site! My boat is about the same size as yours and I mostly fish out of Beaufort Inlet too. Will get with you when water warms up enough for us "little guys" to get to the fish.
