Tenants called me this weekend to tell me that while they were out of town their house was broken into, located on Oak Crest Dr., off Wrightsville Ave. by UNCW.
Golf clubs and old Xbox were stolen, along with a lamp. Yeti, flat screen, computers, etc. were left there. Cops think it was neighborhood kids or something like that. Neighbors heard people over there Saturday evening but presumed it was the tenants.
Just letting y'all know. Its weird, I lived in that house for 7-8 years, never felt unsafe to me.

I live on Heide and heard a lot of foot traffic friday night. Bunch of drunk students use these back roads to go from party to party. Hope something comes from this.
