Usually keep my Pathfinder in the back yard, but I've been fishing so much lately,I just left it parked in front of the house. Thieves stole nearly $6.000 worth of gear last night..... Insurance will cover most of it, but the whole thing could have been avoided if I'd just put it up like I'm supposed to.... Watch yo chit!

Sorry to hear that! Thieves are lower than whale chit. I bought an indoor dry slip for my boat (and another to rent). Boats are locked inside at night. Called the marina today and told them to fill it with gas and put her on the water as I'll be fishing in the morning. The only way to go.

King,

You should list what was stolen with Pics if you can.

This website has busted more than one thief.

My son's surfboard was stolen out of our garage this summer and I found it on craigslist a few weeks later. Got it back in perfect condition... Just keep checking it!

It is a shame when we blame ourselves for leaving something out and it gets stolen. I have been ripped off before and if only I had not let it in the boat overnight I would still have 7 rod and reels.

Thieves are Flimsy, puny, shadows of human beings… I am in Raleigh and we deal w/ the same thing. I will keep an eye on craigslist for any/all items.
