I may be totally off base and one of you guys may know him or he may be an FPT member so if you are legit I apologize. Someone is pushing a broad range of rods/reels on craigslist Raleigh/Durham. It's odd b/c there is some high-end stuff and some is brand new, never been used, spooled last week, etc. Plus, the posts are NCSU area, then Raleigh, then North Raleigh, then NCSU/Raleigh. One ad referenced something about thinning collection or something. It looks odd. I am actually interested in some but it's smelly.

I have approxametly 22 rod and reel combos mostly penn senators 6/0 A few large barely used acuma reel and rods. Some are vintage some are newer. I have one very nice penn 4/0 on tuna stick hardly used. no specific price. i do know what they are worth ive been offshore fishing for years. Come make offer but please be reasonable
6/0s and Okumas aren't exactly what I consider high end tackle. I remember a while back somebody posted a "fishy" ad for some reels on CL and I happened to know the guy and he was just unloading them. So I bought them all. 🙂
The rods and reels I saw have since been taken down. They were penn internationals primarily with the penn rod. There may have been some tiagras in there as well.
