Somebody needs to take this criminal fishing... Way offshore on a one way trip.
Maybe we should start that as a weekly thing. Take a criminal fishing got a good sound to it. He should have never been back out on the streets to steal anything. It's about time some DAs and judges grow a set and put these people away. For good.
How ironic just seen the pic of that lovely gentleman good friend of mine kicked the shit out of him back in the early 2000s caught him on his boat in the marina in southport, said he thought it was his buddy's boat. He was getting off the boat empty handed so we gave him The benefit of the doubt but when questioned he had a very smart mouth and cocky attitude so that lead to a proper ass whipping. Guess he didn't learn anything....!?
Good on your friend for giving this jerk a ass whipping. He's a crook and that's why he didn't learn from that. They ain't to smart.
Well, guess no more Dirty Jobs.
He's out on bail right now. Got 3 or four court dates this month in Superior Court in Carteret County and in District Court in Pamlico county. Several felonies charges in both counties. Hopefully Carteret county will put him away for a long time. Pamlico gave him 3 years probation and suspended sentence for the 2 felonies that he was charged with in association with the stolen boat that he sold me. He violated that probation within 6 months and ended up serving a little over a year for that and a new charge for a stolen trailer he was charged with out of Dare county.
I love this site.....We can track these asshats.
Dave
What is his name? That needs posting..lol
Update on the guy that stole this boat. Michael Wayne Rowe is in jail on $75K bond now, but not for this boat. He got out on bond for stealing this boat and stole an Intruder. They put him in jail with a $5K bond which he posted. While out, he stole a Contender and put it in dry storage. He didn't pay the storage fees so they put a lock on the boat. They arrested him when he showed to cut the lock off the boat. He is now in jail with a $75K bond for the Contender. DA says he will probably accept a plea bargin in the next few weeks as they have also charged him with being a habitual felon.
jpw64 This is from the bottom of the first page of this thread.
Just wanted to post some updated information.
Looks like the individual was convicted as a habitual felon and some other felony charges in Mid Oct 2016 and is current serving an Active sentence in the NC DOC. Below is the link to the DOC website with his Offender number.
Enjoy your time in Lumberton Mike. Nice place for ya!
Sounds like he needs lead.
and problem solved
Very glad you got your boat back. Not bright to steal a custom, one of a kind boat. Again, glad you got it back.
He got 9 years in prison.
