FISHERIES LICENSE OFFICES TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE MARCH 31 MOREHEAD CITY – The Division of Marine Fisheries license offices at 127 Cardinal Drive in Wilmington and at the Industrial Seafood Park in Wanchese will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, March 31 so staff may attend a training workshop in Morehead City.
