MOREHEAD CITY – The Division of Marine Fisheries’ license offices in Elizabeth City, Columbia, Wanchese, Washington, and Wilmington will temporarily close on Wednesday, Nov. 9, so staff may attend a training workshop. The Morehead City license and trip ticket offices will be closed until 3 p.m. on Nov. 9. All offices will resume regular office hours on November 10.
