The full color version of the U.S. Commission on Ocean Policy’s final report, An Ocean Blueprint for the 21st Century, is now available electronically on the
Ocean Commission Web site. This full color version replaces the pre-publication version, which has been available since the report’s release on September 20, 2004. The final report contains the commission’s findings and recommendations for a new, coordinated and comprehensive national ocean policy.
