Measures are being considered which would result in a 31 percent reduction in fishing mortality for vermilion snapper, 62 percent reduction in black sea bass, 34 percent reduction in golden tile fish, and 66 percent reduction in snowy grouper. The MFC plans to provide comments to the SAFMC on these measures.
