“Save Our Inlets” Meeting 3-3-05 at the Swansboro Rotary Club at 7pm


“Save Our Inlets” is sponsored by the Onslow Bay Saltwater Fishing Club and the Tideland News.   The expanded area now covers the endangered Inlets from Bogue to Carolina Beach.


As a result of this expanded effort, U. S. Congressman Mike McIntyre and N. C. Governor Easley have been invited.

The adoption of the Town Hall type meeting is for all citizens to be able to ask questions and to express their views on the economic and environmental impact the closing of the Inlets will have on the areas involved. Questions can be asked from the floor or can be mailed to: OBSFC-Save Our Inlets, PO Box 1978 Swansboro, N.C. 28584, emailed to se****@***rr.com or can be dropped off at the Tideland News, 774 West Corbett Ave., Swansboro, NC 28584. Your questions can also be written down and handed to the Moderators Jamie Cameron and Tom Andresky the night of the meeting.
