September 3, 2005. Labor Day Weekend.
$50 Total Entry Fee
$25 entry for heaviest King Mackerel
$25 entry for heaviest fish overall (No Sharks)
Fishing Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Pay outs and Prizes:
1st place king: 70% cash and 50 gallons of gas/ New River Marina
2nd place king: 30% cash
1st place heaviest fish overall: 70% cash and handheld VHF/ Power Marine Outfitters
2nd place heaviest fish overall: 30% cash
NO SHARKS
Rules:
1. No cheating/Gentleman’s word
2. Weigh in at New River Marina by 4:00 pm
3. Keep your fish after weigh in
4. New River Marina will hold all entries. Winners paid on Sunday, Sept. 4
5. Cash Only
6. Entries may be received until 10 am, Sept. 3,if you have not already been out of an inlet before that time.
7. If King Mackerel is the heaviest fish overall, it can win 1st or 2nd place in heaviest fish overall division as well.
8. If the weather is bad the tournament will be postponed until Sunday. Otherwise, entries will be refunded.
9. In case of a tie, the first fish weighed will win.
10. No Sharks
An informal captains meeting will take place around 4-5 pm on Friday afternoon to discuss any changes and weather conditions. If anyone has questions, please call me and I will try to clarify. Please leave a message.
