The Southern Shrimp Alliance will be conducting three Town Hall Meetings in North Carolina during the first week of February. Meeting dates and locations are as follows:
February 7th at 6:00pm: NCDENR Regional Office

The meetings are being held to inform the shrimp industry and answer questions about SSA, the anti-dumping trade actions, the recent CDSOA (‘Byrd Amendment’) tariff distributions and other issues effecting the shrimp industry. There will also be an opportunity to sign-up or renew your membership for the year. In related industry business, processors will have an opportunity to sign-up for the upcoming Wild American Shrimp Training Workshop and a University of Georgia gear specialist will give an update on the latest developments in shrimp gear research.
