all vessels and persons except as authorized by the Commander, Seventh Coast
Guard District or the Captain of the Port, Jacksonville, FL beginning 45
minutes prior to the scheduled launch window in this notice until reopened by
the Captain of the Port, Jacksonville, FL via broadcast on VHF-FM channel 16
and cancellation of this Broadcast Notice to Mariners message. Detailed
