Saltwater Central and ReefCast users may request deletion of their Saltwater Central account and associated personal information.
To request deletion of your account, please email:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Saltwater Central account whenever possible and include your Saltwater Central username if known.
Use Account Deletion Request as the subject of your email.
We may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing the deletion.
After your request has been verified, Saltwater Central will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account that we are not required to retain.
This may include:
Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or regulatory purposes.
Deleting your Saltwater Central account does not automatically cancel an active ReefCast subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
If you purchased ReefCast through Apple’s App Store, you must manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple account.
If you purchased ReefCast through Google Play, you must manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play account.
We recommend canceling any active subscription you no longer want before requesting account deletion.
