This is a 16,000 acre, low fenced ranch on the Kimble and Kerr County line. It is approximately 100 miles northwest of San Antonio on IH-10 near Junction, Texas. The ranch is renowned for breath-taking beauty, both of countryside and lodging. The main lodge is a 28,000 square foot, hacienda styled mansion, originally built in the early 1920's. There is a large gathering room, a billiards room, huge dining room for enjoying the savory cooking provided, several bunk rooms, six private suites, a nice patio and a fire ring for relaxing and story swapping.
Not only is the lodging and food really awesome on this ranch, so is the hunting. There are Hill Country whitetailed deer up to 145 B&C inches, plus 9 species of exotic game in the "free range" pastures. A 1000 acre, high-fenced area is also present for the so-called "super exotics", but the other 25 square miles of ranch are all free-ranging, low-fenced, game-packed splendor. An overall 85% success rate attests to the quality of this hunt, but I believe success could be even higher if you can just pay attention to the hunting and ignore the inspiring views and super fishing. Good luck with that - I couldn't do it!

Whitetail or Exotic Trophy Pkg Hunt
4 days, 3 nights, starting at noon on the first and ending at noon on the last; equals 3 FULL days of hunting.
Semi-guided, to include on ranch transportation and basic game care.

The turkey population in Kimble county is one of the best in the state. If you can't call in a big old gobbler here, then give up turkey hunting!
