The first meeting of 2020 for the Cape Fear Anglers will take place Tuesday January 21st at 6:30 pm at Inlet Watch Yacht Club and Marina, 801 Paoli Court Wilmington, NC.
Several changes will be announced for the club that hopefully will upgrade our programs and activities.
First order of business will be dues which for 2020 will be $40. The $10 raise is due to increasing expenses in meeting costs and planned activities. Since we have not raised dues for 12 years it should be obvious that the new $40 rate is needed. Please have $40 preferably as 2 - $20 bills ready when you come in. If you will not be at the meeting it would be very helpful if you could mail your dues to:

We are keeping dinner at $10 and everyone has to agree its the bargain of the decade. Costs are rising here too but we are trying to hold the line. Please have a $10 bill for dinner & $40 for yearly membership, Total $50.

Our guest speaker will be Matt Gentry from Tex's Tackle and he will be introducing all the new and enhanced items tied to fishing for 2020. Bring some paper and a pencil so you can make your list of must have items. Also at this meeting Barry will be awarding certificates for the Best Fish of 2019 to those who had entries in the club leader board.
This will be a very important meeting, we will be introducing new ideas, with big plans for our future and need input to move things along.
