This might be old news for some of you but I thought I would pass this along. I went out Carolina beach inlet last Thursday it was close to high tide and I didn't have any problem.Β  I came back in on low tide and I was in between the cans but couldn't tell by the waves if one side was better or not so I stayed in the middle and hit bottom but I was able to get off. I've been using that inlet for over 30 years and never hit bottom. I have a single engine 23 foot cc.Β

Stay just to the south of #3 and then head about 50 yards south of #1 ( green cans…..wrong side ) that is where the water is. Β

next time I got to the boat I will post my track line.
