I live in Wilmington, NC but will be spending the weekend in VA Beach..have an open day sunday and wondering if anyone had a spot open out of VA Beach area. Or if anyone had a good recommendation of someone to call while up around that area. Willing to travel to get on boat going offshore Sunday. Thanks,

I've been looking for a similar website based in VA but no dice so far. It would be cool to be able to do make-up crews in my home state. I'll tell you that if you don't get on a boat, the surf fishing in VA is getting pretty nice. I've caught nice croaker, spot, mullet, blue, flounder and saw a guy with a nice black drum. PM me if you need some good spots (out of the way spots.)
Have you tried tidalfish.com ? When I lived in Virginia, that was the site I used. Just check the forums for people looking for a "Ho" (someone to go fishing, and help with expenses), or post offering to be a Ho.
