Welcome aboard Ken. You can get some good advice on here and make some fishing friends as well. Capt Dave runs a GREAT site and you should try to make the get together. Thats a good way to get to know some of the people on here.

Welcome aboard kisfish. drop by and see Chris at EastCoast Sports in Surf City or the Barbours at Island tackle in Carolina beach or even maybe the guys at Tex's tackle in Wilmington. I am sure any of them will glad to put you on the hot spots.
Spend some time on this site you can learn a lot and you will meet some of the greatest fishermen in the state here. They have given me a world of info.
If you are ever in the Morehead City area give me a shout and you are welcome to jump on board the Bout Time. I will be happy to share what little I know.
Sit back read, learn and enjoy.

Make sure to make your calendar for the 2011 FryingPanTower.Com Get Together will be held at Beach House Marina / Topsail Island Yacht Club in Surf City NC on April 10th, 2011.

This is a good time to meet the members of the site and the sponsors too.
